The billing period is changed by support — it cannot be switched on your own in the client area.

Where to ask

• The support Telegram bot — the quick option.
• A ticket in your client area at my.amnezia.host — when you want a written record for the service.

In your message state the service (IP address or server number) and the period you want to move to.

Available periods and prices

The list of billing periods and the price of each are on amnezia.host. Longer periods are usually cheaper per month.

Things to keep in mind

• A period change applies to the next invoice — the currently paid term is not recalculated.
• Refunds on early cancellation depend on the chosen term: refund conditions.
• You can renew the service on the current period yourself with the Renew Service button on the server card: How to pay for the hosting.
